Terms and Conditions for Artwork Rental
Payment Method: Client agrees to pay the monthly rental fee in advance, on the first day of each month or at the agreed date, for the duration of the rental period. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer or card.
- Care and Maintenance: Client agrees to care for the artwork as described in the Art Rental Policy. Any damage to the artwork must be reported immediately to the Owner.
- Insurance: Client agrees to insure the artwork against theft, damage, and loss for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance must be provided before the artwork is delivered.
- Return of Artwork: Client agrees to return the artwork in the same condition it was received at the end of the rental period. If there are any damages to the Artwork, client can either purchase painting or pay for damages.
- Purchase Option: Client has the option to purchase the artwork during or at the end of the rental period. The purchase price will be prorated based on the rental fees already paid. The purchase price will be provided upon request.
- Termination: Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to comply with the terms of the Art Rental Policy or this Agreement. In the event of termination, Client agrees to return the artwork immediately.
- Amendments: This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Pricing
Rental fees are competitive and tailored to suit various budgets. Prices are listed in AUD.Pricing Estimates:
- Small (up to 60cm x 60cm): $200/month
- Medium (up to 100cm x 100cm): $400/month
- Large (over 100cm x 100cm): $600/month
- Delivery and Pick-up Fee: FREE
